“Give Blood, Save Life Initiative”

As a part of an ISR initiative of Muthoot Finance, the Regional Office team of Kolkata had planned and organized a Blood Donation Camp under the guidance of Shri Md. Abdul Wahid, Senior Regional Manager, Muthoot Finance- Kolkata in the collaboration with Lions Club of Calcutta Welfare Trust on 28th Nov’24.

Mr. Pramod T.P., Zonal Audit Manager was the first to donate blood and staff members from all departments of RO Kolkata and more than 50 branch employees from nearby areas actively participated in this camp.

More than 60 Muthoot staff members actively participated and 58 team members successfully donated 58 units of blood.

The blood donation camp was organized in the dignified presence of Mr. George Kuruvilla, Zonal Advisor- Muthoot Finance; Mr. Sandeep Kumar Chakraborty, DRM, Kolkata- Muthoot Finance; Mrs. Dipti Sashidharan, HR Manager- Muthoot Finance; Mr. Supradeep Seth, Cluster Manager- Muthoot Finance; Mr. Chitresh Bhattacharya, Manager, CSR- Muthoot Finance and other staff members.

A certificate of Appreciation from Lions Club along with nutritious food was distributed to every donor.

This initiative will have a significant impact in saving the lives of patients who are suffering from Thalassemia, Cancer, Accident, Anemia etc. diseases.
