Under the CSR initiative of Muthoot Finance, Muthoot M. George Excellence Awards 2023 – 2024 were proudly distributed to 100 topper students of 8^th & 9^th class from 50 Government Schools in Mumbai.

Each student received a check of Rs 3,000/- along with a memento and the initiative aims to recognize the academic achievements of these young minds.

The handing over ceremony was honored by the esteemed presence of Shri Eapen Alexander Muthoot, Executive Director of The Muthoot Group. We were also privileged to have the august presence of Shri Mahesh Sawant, Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA), Mahim Constituency Mumbai; Shri Vilas Datir, Senior Police Inspector of Shivaji Park Police Station, Dadar, Mumbai; and Shri Rohith Raj K , Head Corporate Communications & CSR. The event was further graced by other dignitaries, senior officials from CO and RO Mumbai, nearby branch team members, teachers, students, and their parents.

The primary objective of these awards is to inspire and motivate students to strive for academic excellence. By recognizing and rewarding the achievements of the top performers, we aim to create an environment where every student aspires to be a topper in their class.

These awards not only provide financial support to deserving students but also serve as a source of inspiration for their peers. We believe that acknowledging and celebrating academic achievements will foster a culture of healthy competition and a desire for continuous improvement among students.
